Art & Ideas 2009’s Community Outreach goal is to afford greater access to Festival programs and increase attendance and participation by expanding the Festival’s reach into Pasadena’s underserved communities.

The Festival will be made accessible in three ways: physical access, programmatic access to those individuals who are differently-abled, and access through appropriate communication.

Physical Access

All of the Art & Ideas 2009 venues are physically accessible and are ADA-compliant.

Programmatic Access

Sign interpreters will be provided on request. An audio description of Festival programming is available with two weeks advance notice. Contact the Pasadena Arts Council with your request at 626-793-8171 or email us at info@pasadenaartscouncil.org. Please specify the Festival program title, date and venue for which you would like this service, which will be provided at no cost.

Communication Access

California Relay Service – CRS Internet Relay Service - for deaf, hard of hearing, or speech disabled Please use the California Relay Service to contact the Pasadena Arts Council office with questions you may have about SKIN/Art & Ideas.
